How per-device licensing works
Each DINOC tier grants monitoring capacity for a defined number of managed nodes. A “node” is any device assigned to DINOC for monitoring — routers, switches, servers, CPEs, firewalls, or virtual machines all count as one node each.
Agents installed on monitored hosts do notcount separately — they’re included in the node count for that device. You can run as many DINOC Agents as you need on each node.
If you exceed your tier’s node limit, DINOC will alert you and pause monitoring for new devices until you upgrade or remove existing devices. No data is lost.
